High-Vis Orange 4x4 Rig Overland Kit

Bring reliable communication coverage and high-visibility trail safety to your overlanding setup with the Hi-Vis Edition of the Ultimate 4x4 Rig - Overland Bundle. Purpose-built for backcountry navigators, winch operators, and trail leaders, this comprehensive pack pairs the EXG3000-OVPK Overlanding Pack with the Blaze Orange EXG510SORG 5W Handheld UHF CB Radio.

Maintain clear in-cab contact across hilly and forested tracks using the fixed-mount radio and 2.3 dBi stealth antenna, while keeping a high-visibility handheld ready for ground operations. Finished in an unmissable high-vis orange chassis, the EXG510SORG handheld is easy to spot if set down in thick bush, mud, or dark campsite surroundings.

Bundle Includes

EXG3000-OVPK Fixed Mount UHF CB Radio Pack

Engineered for rugged overlanding conditions where traditional tall antennas hit low branches, the EXG3000-OVPK pairs a compact hideaway base unit with a low-profile 2.3 dBi matte black stealth antenna. Its compact footprint allows for easy mounting under seats or dashes, placing channel controls, volume, and a 2.17-inch 7-colour backlit LCD screen directly on the remote microphone.

The wide signal pattern of the included ATRDM230ST 2.3 dBi antenna provides superior performance in valley bottoms, thick forests, and steep mountain passes where high-gain antennas struggle.

System Specifications:

  • 5.0W RF transmission output across all 80 UHF CB channels
  • Compact base unit design for easy installation under dashes or seats
  • Heavy-duty remote speaker mic with 2.17" 7-colour backlit display
  • Supplied with ATRDM230ST 2.3 dBi Matte Finish Stealth Series Antenna
  • Patent-pending live RSSI active signal metre for real-time tracking
  • Built-in digital noise reduction circuitry and dual speaker output
  • Quick-release mounting bracket and magnetic mic hanger included

EXG510SORG (Hi-Vis Blaze Orange Handheld)

Designed for recovery teams, spotters, and emergency trail operations, the EXG510SORG combines 5 watts of maximum legal output power with a high-visibility Blaze Orange chassis. If dropped in deep mud, dense brush, or river water during an off-road winch recovery, the high-vis casing ensures rapid visual location, and if submerged, it floats face-up.

Featuring a 1-minute audio replay, a live signal display, and up to 25 hours of operation per charge, it is an essential safety asset for off-grid overlanding expeditions.

System Specifications:

  • 5.0W maximum transmission power (switchable to 3W and 1W modes)
  • High-Visibility Blaze Orange finish for fast visual identification
  • IP67 100% waterproof, dustproof, and floating frame for river safety
  • Instant Audio Replay captures up to 60 seconds of incoming calls
  • Up to 17 km line-of-sight communication range
  • 25-hour operational life via high-capacity 2500mAh Li-ion battery
  • Dual charging options: fast desktop cradle + direct USB-C port
